About The Position

As our Facilities Coordinator , you'll keep our buildings safe, functional, and welcoming for the thousands of community members we serve. This is a supervisory role with frequent travel between sites, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 10 years of building maintenance or construction experience
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors (janitorial, lawn care, snow removal)
  • Oversee carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance work
  • Manage the ticketing system, prioritize, and assign work orders
  • Schedule projects, estimate costs, and order materials
  • Monitor and maintain facilities and playgrounds
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program regulations
  • Support health and safety policies
  • Prepare bids, review contracts, and approve purchase orders and expenses
  • Keep organized records and report daily activity
