We are seeking a motivated FCM Intern to support ongoing Facilities and Machine Maintenance (FCM)Engineering projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions
Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations
Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Support FCM projects across multiple technical and operational areas
Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation, including:
Work Instructions
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Process documentation
Assist with the organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings, including:
Meeting scheduling
Agenda preparation
Action item tracking
Provide day-to-day project support to individual FCM team members
Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with documentation standardization and version control
