The Facilities and Inventory Coordinator ensures parts inventory, equipment and office supplies are available when needed and are properly accounted for. This position works closely with our maintenance, operations and accounting staff to maintain records, reconcile invoices and ensure compliance with vendor contracts. In addition this position maintains relationships with operations suppliers (utilities, landscaping, plowing, etc.) and approves invoices for those services. Must be comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
