- The Facilities and Fleet Maintenance position at Zoom Group is designed to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's facilities and vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. - Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for both facilities and fleet vehicles to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets. - Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair tasks. - Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and addressing any repair needs promptly. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fleet usage, and inventory of supplies and equipment. - Collaborate with other departments to understand their facility and fleet needs and provide solutions to meet those requirements. - Ensure that all facilities and fleet operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner. - Develop and manage budgets for facilities and fleet maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. - Lead and train a team of maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
