About The Position

- The Facilities and Fleet Maintenance position at Zoom Group is designed to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's facilities and vehicle fleet. The role is crucial in maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for employees and clients, while ensuring that the fleet is reliable and meets the operational needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. - Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for both facilities and fleet vehicles to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets. - Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair tasks. - Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and addressing any repair needs promptly. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fleet usage, and inventory of supplies and equipment. - Collaborate with other departments to understand their facility and fleet needs and provide solutions to meet those requirements. - Ensure that all facilities and fleet operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner. - Develop and manage budgets for facilities and fleet maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. - Lead and train a team of maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in facilities management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities and fleet maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs for both facilities and fleet vehicles.
  • Experience in supervising maintenance staff and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
  • Proficiency in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
