The position requires coordination of service requests for our facilities department. Responsibilities include but not limited to dispatching service requests to our technicians and reporting and scheduling these requests. Requires utilizing related software systems such as computerized maintenance management system (TMS), enterprise resource planning (Oracle), communications systems (phone, radio, paging, email etc.). Updating department files and records, and other duties and systems as required. Coordinates project plans when necessary. Provides support to facilities leadership team and team members as needed.
