The San Francisco Giants are looking for a full-time Facilities Administrative Assistant to work in the Building Engineering Department. In this position you will have the unique opportunity to be an integral part of the maintenance, operation and inner workings of the ballpark. You will work cross functionally with other departments ensuring the ballpark is in the best shape it can be ensuring a great guest experience. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, be an excellent communicator and take accountability on projects from initial ticket receipt to customer follow-through. An interest in facilities operations is a plus. This role reports to the Operations Manager in Engineering and is located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco. The Ballpark Operations department is made up of the Engineering, Security, Maintenance, Grounds, and Ops teams. All of these groups are an essential part of the event day experience.
