If you love working with children but prefer not to plan lessons or lead classroom instruction, this full-time position (5 days per week) offers the perfect balance of impact and flexibility.
What You'll Do
As a Hy-Tech Facilitator, you'll help ensure smooth, effective teletherapy sessions that empower students to succeed.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or in a school setting
• Comfort with teleconferencing and basic technology tools
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, dependable, and student-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

• Coursework or background in education, psychology, or a related field is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor teletherapy sessions for students
• Check and maintain computer, audio, and video equipment
• Escort students to and from sessions and assist as needed
• Communicate absences or schedule changes with the provider
• Troubleshoot basic technology issues and sanitize equipment daily
• Collaborate with school staff and Boothby's therapy team to support student growth
