About The Position

We are seeking skilled Project Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades, structural welding, and steel fabrication. This position involves the fabrication of components for both standard and custom products using steel and various other materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fabricate components for standard and custom products using steel and other materials Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees Quality: Fabricate projects with accuracy and fidelity based on production documentation Productivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead Coordinates: Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead Team player and willing to work closely with others Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction trades
Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience
Structural welding certification required
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Basic computer skills
Forklift license or must be able to pass forklift test to be certified by PlayCore.
Read Blueprints
Read Tape Measure
The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Prior Manufacturing experience is a plus
