We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced CNC Technician candidate who will partner with our team. The role is located at our Poulsbo, WA location. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

Requirements

  • Previous fabrication experience.
  • Must be able to pass a welding certification test.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Must have your own tools
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attendance record.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be self-sufficient and driven.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe work environment at all times.
  • Quickly and safely evaluate the needed steps necessary to finish the needed task.
  • Identify the materials and tooling needed to complete the needed task.
  • Cut, bend, punch, shape and weld metal to create the need part which may include anything from a bracket or bumper to an outrigger sub frame and larger.
  • Identify ways to improve safety, quality, and productivity in the fabrication process.
  • Correctly follow the Job instructions.
  • Communicate with employees in the fabrication department as well as other from departments.
  • Follow all company Operational Procedures and QC Standards.
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining shop and equipment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Fabrication Manager or any other manager.
