About The Position

As a Fabricator you will perform operations such as drilling, routing, and assembly of components. Currently there is an opening for a Fabricator in our Panels division on 1st shift (6:30a - 2:30p. Monday - Friday) TEMPORARY FOR THE SUMMER Panels Fabricator: Starting at $18.90 per hour on 1st Shift!

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong attention to detail
Mechanically inclined
Ability to work overtime.
Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

Responsibilities

Perform fabricating/finish work on components, assemblies, and product including routing, drilling, installing inserts, and installing fasteners.
Clean product to be packaged.
Load skids and protect product.
Crate finished goods.
Fill out shipment info forms.
Fill out and attach shipping labels.
Completes necessary paperwork and enters data into the electronic data system.
Fill out NCMR's.
Assist other departments as necessary.
Read work orders, review drawings, follow instructions.
Frequently asks production area if they need help.
Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.
Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.
Performs all reasonably related duties as assigned.
