About The Position

DuPont Water Solutions is offering an exciting leadership opportunity at our Reverse Osmosis manufacturing site in Edina, Minnesota . We are seeking a Fabrication Unit Leader to lead a critical production department with oversight of approximately 150 employees. This role reports directly to the Edina Site Leader and is integral to achieving site performance, advancing operational excellence, and developing the next generation of talent. As the Fabrication Unit Manager, you will guide a large, diverse team in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will be a key influencer of culture, performance, and strategy—helping ensure our solutions continue to make a global impact in sustainable water technologies. Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience across Manufacturing disciplines such as EHS, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Reliability, Technology, HR, Finance, or Continuous Improvement.
  • 4+ years of direct people leadership with demonstrated success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a union or works council environment is preferred.
  • Proven results as a Lean or Six Sigma practitioner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
  • APICS CSCP or CPIM certification is a plus.
