Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools, preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop setting, preferred.
Strong interest in metal fabrication and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Assist in the fabrication of sheet metal parts and assemblies according to specifications.
Learn to operate fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, rollers, and welding tools.
Measure, mark, and cut metal materials accurately using hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
Support senior fabricators with material handling and preparation.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
Participate in training sessions and actively develop technical skills.
Provide general support.
Load and unload materials to support daily operations.
Support adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
