Fabrication Estimator
About The Position
This position is responsible for forecasting project costs, considering factors such as raw materials, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation for estimations. The Estimator gathers details and compiles data to estimate all production costs according to order specifications. This person will be responsible for calculating the cost of a project (BOM). The Estimator will also be responsible for collaborating with customers and the internal fabrication team to ensure continued success and on-time delivery. This person may be required to assist with CNC machining programming as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or technical degree and/or commensurate experience
- 2+ years of experience in fabrication manufacturing and estimation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Prior machining or welding experience
