About The Position

Are you a hands-on learner looking to kickstart a career in steel fabrication? Aristeo wants you to join our crew as a Fabrication Assistant! You’ll work alongside our skilled team members, getting real-world experience and learning the ins and outs of the fabrication shop. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, we want to hear from you! This is for second shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and multitask
• Team player
• Ability to understand paint application and equipment
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with airless paint equipment
• Candidates must be willing to join Local Union 851 if hired
• Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the U.S. without further visa sponsorship
• This position requires on-site work

Nice To Haves

• Trade school or related experience is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the painting area
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Follow all company policies and procedures for safety
• Help maintain inventory and required paint supplies and consumables
• Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness
