About The Position

Complete all required safety training, work safely in various environments (including uneven terrain and confined spaces), and respond to potential hazards to prevent accidents. Operate semiconductor equipment, perform technical tests, and collaborate with teams to optimize wafer fabrication processes for quality and efficiency. Partner with engineering teams to improve workstations, resolve complex issues, and analyze data to guide process decisions. Stand for long periods, walk several miles per shift, lift 25-40 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, or kneeling while navigating safely over uneven terrain or within confined spaces to perform job duties effectively. Set up and monitor processing tools, guide operators, and perform tasks in both office-based workstations and cleanroom Fab environments to support R&D and production activities. Communicate clearly in writing and speech, manage time effectively, and follow procedures with minimal supervision. Use Microsoft Office tools and manage up to 25 online manufacturing systems to complete tasks and analyze data in an office-based setting. Conduct technical experiments in wafer fabrication, process test runs, and prepare data visualizations (charts, graphs, records) to help engineering teams identify yield issues and evaluate new products. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and be willing to move to different shifts and work overtime to support business operations. The ability to always wear fab-specific clean room garments (100%) to prevent human contamination of products, and occasionally wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), such as a chemical apron and face shield (approximately 1% of the time). Candidates must be willing to alternate assignments between the Remote Operations Center (ROC) and in-FAB, with approximately 80% of their time spent in the ROC and 20% in-FAB. AAS or AS Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent trade school/military experience) 2+ years of industry experience; or equivalent military training and experience 2+ year experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements.
