Position Summary In your role as a Fab Set Up Team Engineer you will be working alongside a cross functional team of professionals, with a key focus on project management, execution, and factory wide initiatives. You will concentrate on the planning and execution of Fast X equipment projects, including relocation, demolition, and installation. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Work in the clean room factory alongside Unit Part Technicians/Engineers, Facilities Project Managers and Construction Coordinators for new construction and tool hook-up. Lead and participate in safety initiatives, programs, and activities to drive world class safety performance. Support expansion planning, including forecasting of the budgeting, installation and qualification of equipment. Coordinate, manage, and report on multiple assigned projects regarding work progress, project accounting, and forecasted schedule. Utilize LEAN tools improve business processes and procedures. Willingness to work in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment. This position requires complete onsite support with limited to zero opportunity for remote work. Shift: 1st shift, on call as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
  • 6+ years of experience in facilities services or high volume semiconductor manufacturing as equipment owner.
  • Experience with project management is required.
  • Must have strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to represent the group in work coordination and execution.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Successful candidates should be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, teamwork and flexibility.

Nice To Haves

  • 300mm equipment hook-up experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with autodesk revit & navisworks and cad software is preferred.
