Job Description We have an immediate hiring need for our full-time manufacturing Production Team Lead. This is a 1st Shift role (M-T, 5:30AM – 3:30PM), in the Final Assembly department. You will perform different electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies. Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Requirements

• A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 4 years of verified related experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Responsibilities

• Read, follow, and execute tasks per sequence defined by electronic or hardcopy drawings and work instructions
• Follow standardized methods of work to accomplish an established set of assembly tasks
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies in an assembly line fashion per specific defined process and in defined time frame
• Comfortable working from elevated surfaces
• Read and interpret engineering assembly drawings and electrical schematics
