About The Position

In this highly visible role as an F135 Program Sustainment Industrial Lead, you will drive industrial rate readiness throughout the value stream for the F135 Sustainment Ramp. This role is responsible for integrating with the Sustainment Program Team to drive increased industrial supportability, maintain the overall health of the flying fleet, in addition to meeting the program’s delivery, quality, and cost goals. The F135 Program Sustainment Industrial Lead will focus on identifying and mitigating risk in the medium to long term with specific emphasis applied to increasing the program’s overall readiness in support of the upcoming ramp. The overall focus is to position the organization for success as the number of fielded assets increase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years experience or MBA/Master’s Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery assurance, supply chain sourcing and capacity assessments, ensuring timely transition executions, and understanding/driving future requirements
  • Assist with process and procedure creation/refinement positioning PW for success through the F135 Sustainment Ramp
  • Assist with escalation and mitigation of critical fleet hardware needs to maintain customer war readiness and proactively overdrive critical customer deliveries
  • Willingness to drive changes and improvements in a large production focused environment
  • Support all F135 Program activities by interfacing with Production and Sustainment Programs, Component Integrated Program Teams (CIPTs), Component Aftermarket Integration Program Teams (CAIPTs), Module Centers, Global Supply Chain, Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Forecasting, Delivery Assurance, Contracts, and Partner Companies
  • Develop, facilitate, and monitor part improvements through a series of Key Process Indicators and standard delivery metrics
