This position is for a seasoned professional in Program Business Management discipline, who works independently, executes business plans, EV calculations, and data deliverables, assists in analysis of program metrics and estimates, monitors program's progress, collects data to support negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, coordinates customer action items, and maintains program templates, metrics, and presentation materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Program Management, Customer Interface and Communication experience
  • Or, an Advanced degree and 2 years of Program Management, Customer Interface and Communication experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Familiarity with the F135 program.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and briefing material from across the F135 Integrated Program Management Team.
  • Coordinate and host internal and external meetings in support of the F135 Production Team.
  • Coordinate customer action item responses to meet customer program objectives.
  • Maintain program templates, metrics and presentation materials to ensure information on program status and performance is available for further analysis.
  • Perform Justification/Classification Review of material for release to internal and external audiences to maintain compliance.
