Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Program Manager to lead the F135 Initial Spares Procurement program. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in managing financial deliverables, such as Long-Range Plan (LRP) inputs, and partnering with cross-functional teams, including Annualized Sustainment, Industrial Teams, and Supply Chain, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of spares components. In this role, you'll drive success by managing day-to-day program planning and execution activities across the sustainment value stream, ensuring compliance with RTX procedures. You'll assess contract performance, identify risks, and implement strategic mitigations to achieve seamless execution of F135 Sustainment Initial Spares Procurement Contract. This role will require meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced business environment while maintaining world-class compliance, corporate standards, and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Logistics or Management disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, customer communications, engineering, and/or logistics required.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning, forecasting, budgeting, manpower allocation, and execution to fulfill contract requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as Finance, Contracts, and the Business Acquisition Center of Excellence—to foster process improvements and align initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary interface with external customers, IPMT leadership, and stakeholders to manage risks, identify opportunities, and ensure contract success.
  • Oversee contract communications, deliverables, and reporting requirements, including Financial EACs, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate agility and adaptability by focusing on outcomes, leveraging an iterative approach, and responding effectively to shifting priorities.
