This role plays a critical part in dealership profitability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with the sales leadership team to ensure consistent, high-quality deal flow.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of automotive F&I experience required
  • Strong understanding of indirect lending, credit evaluation, and deal structure
  • Working knowledge of federal and state compliance, menu selling, and disclosure standards
  • Proven success in PVR and product penetration performance
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Structure and secure competitive financing options tailored to customer needs
  • Present and sell value-driven F&I products with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain strong lender relationships to support profitable deal structures
  • Submit deals, evaluate credit, and close transactions efficiently
  • Ensure all documentation, contracting, and compliance requirements are accurate
  • Audit deals for clean funding and identify coaching opportunities
  • Partner with sales leadership to support consistent, high-quality deal flow
  • Maintain all required certifications and complete ongoing training
