Requirements

Proven F&I Manager experience in automotive retail (required)
Strong knowledge of lending practices, service contracts, GAP, and protection products
Hands‑on experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS
Polished communication, strong closing skills, and compliance‑first mindset
Professional, driven, and customer‑focused attitude

Responsibilities

Structure and finalize deals that drive profitability while remaining fully compliant
Confidently present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
Build and maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best financing options
Ensure accurate, timely completion of all F&I documentation
Utilize Reynolds & Reynolds for contracting, compliance, and reporting
Consistently deliver high customer satisfaction and CSI scores
