Requirements

• Proven Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience
• Polished, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Track record of success in menu selling and PVR performance
• Commitment to high CSI and customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and acceptable CIT
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and dealership software familiarity
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
