F&I Manager

Now hiring F&I Managers! We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. Requirements
- Must have open availability, including Saturdays
- Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction.
- Being confident, independent, and driven to win is critical.
- Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting
- Documentation of current and past performance
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation
- 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
