Ford of Latham Now hiring F&I Managers! We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. Requirements

Must have experience in the auto industry

Documentation of current and past performance

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation
2+ years of dealership finance experience is required
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
