Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager SKY FORD PROVO Drive Profit. Close Deals. Lead from the Front. Sky Ford Provo is looking for a high-performing F&I Manager who knows how to maximize every deal, protect the dealership, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. Requirements

• Proven success as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
• Strong closing skills with consistent product penetration
• Deep understanding of compliance (Red Flags, OFAC, Truth in Lending, etc.)
• Ability to work deals quickly and accurately under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win

Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize vehicle financing and leasing deals
• Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
• Work closely with sales managers to maximize gross profit per deal
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Deliver a transparent, efficient, and professional customer experience
• Monitor CIT, funding timelines, and deal accuracy
