About The Position

HONDA of AMES F&I MANAGER – DOMINATE THE GAME IN IOWA This is not a role for the weak - This is a results‑driven power seat. Honda of Ames is recruiting a proven, revenue‑driving F&I Manager who knows how to control the box, protect the customer, and push performance past industry averages—without cutting corners. Yes, this role is in Iowa. For the right performer, relocation assistance is on the table. The Standard We Expect If you run F&I at a high level, these numbers should look familiar: Consistent PVR north of $2,000+ per deal Strong product penetration on VSC, Gap, and other ancillary products Clean, compliant deals with zero tolerance for sloppy paperwork Ability to sustain performance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment This role is for someone who executes daily, not someone who peaks once a quarter.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of verifiable automotive F&I success
  • Documented performance against aggressive PVR and penetration targets
  • Deep understanding of lender programs, aftermarket products, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership presence
  • Competitive mindset with a calm, professional approach under pressure
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
