F&I Manager
About The Position
We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead our dealership’s Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations. This role is responsible for structuring vehicle financing and lease deals, presenting warranty and insurance products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving F&I profitability. Requirements
- 3+ years automotive F&I or dealership finance experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Arrange and secure vehicle financing with lenders
- Present financing, warranty, and insurance options to customers
- Ensure compliance with automotive finance regulations
- Monitor F&I performance and profitability
- Prepare financial reports and support dealership management
