About The Position

Priority Honda Roanoke — part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), one of the largest automotive retailers in the nation — is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Manager to join our dynamic team. As an F&I Manager, you’ll help customers secure financing options, present protection products with confidence, and ensure a world-class buying experience. We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in achieving excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven success in dealership F&I or automotive finance
• Strong knowledge of lending practices and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Drive for results and commitment to customer satisfaction
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
