About The Position

Milton Martin Toyota is looking for a driven, ethical, and results-oriented Finance & Insurance Manager to take ownership of every deal from “yes” to delivery. The F&I Manager controls the sales, ensuring every vehicle is delivered accurately, compliantly, and profitably. You’ll secure financing, present protection products, manage all deal documentation, and serve as a key partner to sales leadership in maximizing performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong understanding of finance products, compliance, and lender guidelines
  • Ability to explain complex financial products clearly and confidently to customers
  • High ethical standards and a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Structure finance and lease deals accurately and ethically through approved lenders
  • Protect and maximize gross profit by preventing outside financing from impacting margins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and manufacturer finance sources
  • Present and sell value-added products including service contracts, GAP, road hazard, and maintenance plans
  • Convert cash deals into finance opportunities when possible
  • Maintain full control of all deal paperwork until final submission to accounting
  • Ensure accuracy of titles, taxes, insurance, and payoff documentation
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle and finance transactions
  • Take all credit applications and handle rate quotations
  • Prepare finance penetration and performance reports
  • Coordinate forecasting with the sales department to meet income and penetration goals
  • Train and support the sales team in finance, insurance, and extended protection products
  • Ensure 100% turnover to the F&I department
  • Manage alternative finance sources to ensure flexibility for all customers
