About The Position

The F&I Concierge protects and elevates our organizational standards through high-accountability execution. This is not an administrative role; it is a strategic position designed to evaluate, optimize, and standardize F&I systems and materials for maximum scalability and excellence. Acting as a proactive partner, the Concierge provides daily dealer support while collaborating with sales to ensure resources are maximized. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at bringing structure to fast-moving environments and ensuring peak operational consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience as a dealership F&I assistant is preferred .
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workflows and competing priorities.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability; follows through without being asked.
  • Clear, confident communicator who works well across teams and with external partners.
  • Comfortable working in Salesforce, CRM systems, and vendor platforms; F&I systems experience is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and process-minded, with a desire to continuously improve how work gets done.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong appreciation for standards and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Protect and elevate the standard across all F&I touchpoints by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and excellence in materials, processes, and systems.
  • Evaluate, standardize, and optimize F&I workflows to ensure they are repeatable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Serve as an internal and external partner, providing day-to-day dealer support while working closely with the Sales team to maximize dealer understanding and utilization of available resources.
  • Maintain accurate and current Salesforce data, including prospect and account records, MGPs, presentations, and marketing assets.
  • Distribute weekly prospect and suspect reporting to drive visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Ensure MGPs are reviewed and updated in Salesforce at least twice annually.
  • Support and maintain control sheets, validation sheets, and related tracking tools.
  • Create, maintain, and standardize presentations and marketing materials to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Partner with Sales and Training teams to support TPA product, system, and process training initiatives.
  • Support Academy programs, including coordination of roadshows, Frisco-based training events, and online academy registrations.
  • Maintain TPA team folders to ensure all materials are current, accurate, and aligned with standards.
  • Maintain a proactive weekly, monthly, and annual cadence of recurring activities such as QBRs, MGP meetings, and launches.
  • Support proactive planning and coordination to ensure key initiatives are scheduled, communicated, and executed on time.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for urgent TPA communications and ensure appropriate follow-up with Sales.
  • Coordinate with TPAs to ensure systems, materials, reporting, and integrations are aligned and up to date.
  • Communicate TPA updates, changes, and enhancements clearly and consistently to the Sales team.
  • Organize and facilitate DOC statement distribution to EVPs, VPs, and/or dealers as appropriate.
  • Support quarterly QBR execution through coordination of materials, meetings, and follow-through.
  • Support standardized launch processes, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch dealer and sales support.
