About The Position

Join Anakeesta as a Utility team member and help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. In this role, you’ll support our restaurant team by keeping tables clean and ready, delivering food accurately and promptly, and maintaining a smooth, welcoming environment for guests at the top of the Smoky Mountains.

Requirements

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and carrying items for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals
• Verify food orders for accuracy before delivery
• Deliver food to tables with professionalism, etiquette, and a friendly attitude
• Clean food prep areas, equipment, and facilities
• Sweep floors and restock supplies as needed
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks
• Support dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Attend all required Food & Beverage training sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
