Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Polices areas from previous shift.
Checks with food production people as to all equipment needed and secure.
Coordinates with manager on duty as to upcoming business.
Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen storage areas.
Cleans and sanitizes all equipment.
Sets up dishwasher machine by reading instructions on machine or by asking Chef or supervisor for assistance according to manufacturer’s standards.
The dishwasher will clean the dish washing equipment and working area when necessary.
Cleans work areas, sweeps and mops all kitchen floors, walk-ins, employee lounge, and other designated kitchen equipment and fixtures.
Washes dishes: stacks dishes and runs through dish machine, scrubs pans, puts dishes away.
Cleans the kitchen: sweeps and mops floors, empties trash, changes water in and de-limes dish machine, washes walls and baseboards, scrubs sinks, etc.
Responsible for cleaning and upkeep on kitchen equipment (i.e., ovens, steamers, etc.).
Keeps records of broken dishes and makes sure glass is disposed of properly, as needed.
Maintains cleanliness of the storeroom walkways and Food and Beverage hallways.
Closes the dish room when necessary. - Completes opening and closing side duties completely.
Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
