About The Position

Tanque Verde Swap Meet is seeking to hire customer-focused, dependable team members to join our team across multiple departments! As Southern Arizona’s largest outdoor market, this is your opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, energetic environment that delivers an exceptional experience to our guests and vendors. We are currently hiring for the following areas: Concession Support / Cashier (18+) Grounds Maintenance (18+) Security (18+)

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Comfortable working weekends (required)
Ability to follow safety and operational procedures

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in customer service, food service, maintenance, or security is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times (All positions)
Prepare food and beverages (Concessions)
Take and deliver customer orders as needed (Concessions)
Handle cash transactions accurately (Concessions)
Gather and empty trash, assist with general upkeep of the market (Contstruction)
Assist with weed removal and grounds maintenance tasks (Construction)
Conduct visual surveillance and routine patrols (Security)
Exercise sound judgment and notify law enforcement when necessary (Security)
Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors (All Positions)
Perform additional duties as assigned
