Located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, the Hotel Republic is looking for
our next great team member to join us on our Food & Beverage team and fill the
role of Restaurant Supervisor. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will be assisting the Restaurant Manager and
working with our Food & Beverage team to ensure that restaurant staff adheres to
service standards., supervising the restaurant, bar and room service operations
during your shift to ensure great service of guests while being watchful of
signals from guests in need of service.

You are able to maintain order and control in the workplace, while also ensuring
the safety of all employees and customers. You are also familiar with health and
safety and basic employment policies. You are constantly checking the restaurant
for cleanliness and set up. Checking service stands, tables for cleanliness and
proper set up. The pride you have in your organizational and time management
skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some
flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days,
evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
