This leader sets the tone through hands on leadership, clear communication, and a strong commitment to service standards, while coaching and developing staff, managing schedules, coordinating closely with kitchen leadership, and responding confidently to operational or guest concerns. The role oversees inventory control, cost management, payroll accuracy, and detailed shift reporting, all while upholding local, state, federal, and gaming regulations related to food, beverage, and alcohol service. As a visible leader on the floor, the F&B Shift Manager balances operational discipline with a guest first mindset, using sound judgment, adaptability, and professionalism to deliver memorable experiences and consistently high performance throughout every shift.
