F&B Operations Supervisor

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced F&B Operations Supervisor with a strong background in high-volume restaurant operations, FOH systems, and team leadership. This is a hands-on role responsible for both leading service shifts and owning key operational functions including tip-outs, inventory support, and workflow execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Experience with restaurant operations, tip-outs, and cash handling
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and fast-paced shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in upscale or fine dining environments
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and restaurant reporting
  • Prior role as Supervisor, Lead Server, or Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage FOH service shifts (servers, bartenders, hosts)
  • Execute and oversee nightly tip-outs and cash handling
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and tracking
  • Maintain and improve restaurant systems and operational efficiency
  • Ensure opening/closing procedures and checklists are followed
  • Troubleshoot and support POS systems and reporting
  • Uphold high standards of guest service in an upscale environment
