About The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, high-quality service standards, and profitable performance. This role involves managing daily operations, leading and developing staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, controlling costs, and driving revenue through effective planning and service excellence. The F&B Manager works closely with kitchen, service, and management teams to deliver consistent quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Prior management experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Possess strength in training and team building programs
  • Manager's ServSafe Certification
  • Allergens Certification

Responsibilities

  • Thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the food and beverage, and hospitality businesses.
  • Development of service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Ability to take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Mentor and develop staff members and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well proficiency with various computer applications.
  • Strong organizational traits, including excellent time management skills, hands-on and strong leadership skills with the ability to manage others effectively.
  • Attend weekly management meetings, and translate all relevant info to the team.
  • Participate in progressive discipline for staff, as needed. Always documenting and informing PS as needed
  • Ability to efficiently identify issues and problem solve.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, high energy and demanding environment while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to workday, evening and weekend hours as business needs require.
