The F&B Junior Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all inventory transactions and supporting the property’s food and beverage costing processes. This role works closely with both the Finance and F&B teams to maintain effective cost controls and promote operational efficiency. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
