Responsibilities and Duties Demonstrate a clear understanding of, or the ability to learn, all department and state health standards related to safe food handling and maintaining a sanitary environment. Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items offered, including allergen information, preparation methods, and proper serving presentation. Perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and professionalism. Adapt to changing work environments, including exposure to hot and cold temperature fluctuations. Assist in keeping kitchen stock well organized, rotated, labeled and protected Able to effectively read and comprehend menus and order screens Able to effectively communicate with front of house, leadership and guests as needed. Provide exceptional service to all guests by being welcoming, approachable, respectful, and attentive to their needs and requests. Work collaboratively with team members and interact with fellow hosts in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner at all times. Maintain clean, safe, and efficient working conditions in all assigned areas. Effectively follow direction and/or work independently to complete assigned checklists and daily procedures. Comply with Callaway standards, policies, and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations at all times. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
