Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous cashier service to our guests.

Requirements

• Requires excellent communication and guest service skills
• Requires cash handling experience and basic math ability
• Some knowledge of food service procedures
• Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public
• Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English

Responsibilities

• Supply guests with information on services available on property
• Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables
• Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions
• Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended
• Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations
• Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions
• Comply with all health and safety standards
• Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis
• Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures
• May have to access gaming systems
• Attend meetings as scheduled
• Other job related duties as assigned
