About The Position
Now Hiring: Cashiers at Whale’s Tale Waterpark! Bring the energy, ring up the fun, and keep the good vibes flowing! Whale’s Tale Waterpark is looking for outgoing, reliable Cashiers to join our Food & Beverage team! If you're great with people, quick on your feet, and love being part of the action, this is the summer job for you. No experience? No problem — we provide full training, including how to use Toast, our modern point-of-sale (POS) system. As a Cashier, you’ll be the friendly face guests see when they’re ready to grab a bite, making sure every transaction is fast, accurate, and filled with great service.
Requirements
- Friendly, customer-focused individuals with a positive attitude
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
- No prior experience required — we’ll train you on Toast and everything else!
- Team players who can work in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment
- Dependable and ready to bring great energy to every shift
Responsibilities
- Operate Toast POS to process food and drink sales quickly and accurately
- Greet guests with a smile and answer basic menu or pricing questions
- Keep your station stocked with essentials like napkins, condiments, and utensils
- Help maintain a clean and organized service area
- Assist with special events and group outings as needed
