About The Position

Assist servers and guests in providing fast and courteous service of beverages to guests by performing miscellaneous tasks such as tend beverage station areas ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. You will be responsible for adhering to all health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards that meet state and local Health Board inspection, and brand standard requirements.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain effective relationships with the General Manager, Directors, Managers and all staff.

Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful completion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain license. Responsible to keep all documents current and valid at all times.
Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
Must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policy and procedures, and gaming regulations set within KLEC.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
Assist in the service of beverages in accordance with the established standards
Maintain the orderly upkeep of the beverage station area
Clean and/or wipe down beverage station
Stock beverage service station with napkins, cups, condiments, etc.
Fill coffee cups and soda cups, and other condiments
Prepare and/or transport beverage items and associated supplies, equipment, and materials to and from the beverage station areas.
Monitor area to ensure adequate supplies of beverage, napkins, condiments, etc. to serve all guests; replenish beverage station items and areas as necessary.
Order beverage station inventory through beverage inventory clerk
Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized work area, which may include but is not limited to filters, carts, sinks, refrigerator/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, and counters. Empty trash receptacles and clear tables as required.
Deep clean and sanitize soda machine, knobs, and coffee machine
Check the working condition of equipment and machinery in accordance with specifications. Report to supervisor all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment, safety hazards, or any other maintenance and repair needs.
Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values
Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.
Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money Laundering policies. Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed.
