About The Position

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking, and filling food/beverage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards. Pay rate is $15.00/hour, plus shared tips. We are needing people with open availability to cover all shifts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: List duties in order of time spent or importance. Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. · Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC. · Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the casino. · Complies with cash-handling procedures. · Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items. · Reviews with guest all food and beverage items to ensure accuracy of order. · Learns guests’ preferences and make recommendations based on preferences. · Cleans and organizes workstations according to department standards and health requirements. · Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations. · Attends periodic meetings and training sessions. · Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. · Always present oneself with a neat and clean appearance. · Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
  • Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology.
  • Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
  • Food Handler, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
