The Utah Olympic Oval is seeking a FAST Long Track Head Coach to guide motivated athletes through high-performance training in a world-class Olympic environment. Schedule, Pay & Benefits This is a year-round coaching position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends depending on training times and competition schedules. Day in the Life Your time will be split between coaching athletes and planning their development. On the ice, you’ll run training sessions, observe technique, and provide feedback to improve performance. Off the ice, you’ll review video, plan training progressions, and meet with athletes to discuss goals and challenges. You’ll also collaborate with Oval coaches while mentoring athletes and reinforcing accountability. This role is ideal for a coach who enjoys developing athletes and seeing steady progress over time.
