Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 3- 4 or more years relevant experience required/ Cleroff4- 6 or more years of relevant experience required
  • Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge-type service to high priority accounts to facilitate customer support for general questions on parts and accessories order status, account activity, warranty information, and technical service.
  • Answer and log a high volume of calls and emails from customers to provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer questions and product knowledge requests.
  • Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for assignments and tasks.
  • Convey information to customers using professional telephone and effective business writing skills with an excellent grasp of grammar.
  • Exhibit solid interpersonal skills and maintain composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities.
  • Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as required.
