About The Position

Ensure continuous operation of production lines to manufacture products that meet specifications, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legal eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel
• Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities
• Demonstrate ambition by suggesting improvements and exhibit flexibility in accepting additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime, weekends, and travel.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds of various sizes and shapes.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time and climbing ladders or other equipment for cleaning.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with plant policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections, report hazards, and actively participate in safety meetings.
• Ensure availability of all required materials for manufacturing and packaging the specific product.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the machine, as well as load and replace raw materials as needed within it.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and its surroundings, while also ensuring equipment and materials are neat and orderly.
• Perform and document quality and processing audits regularly to ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
• Relieve operators for breaks as needed.
