About The Position

3rd Shift Extrusion Team – Now Hiring (Schofield, WI) Join our growing team as we launch a brand‑new 3rd‑shift crew! Crystal Finishing Systems is expanding our aluminum extrusion operations by adding an entirely new crew to our 3rd shift team. Open Roles Utility Operators (Experienced Machine Operators) Operate several stations on our highly automated aluminum extrusion press. Production Support (Entry Level) Support extrusion operations through material handling and basic production tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of manufacturing or machine‑operation experience
• Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and measurement tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Solid communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
• Strong work history and reliability
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion equipment to maintain safe, efficient production
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Maintain accurate logs and follow safety and quality standards
• Respond to alarms and assist with preventive maintenance
• Work with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist operators by staging materials and supporting machine operations
• Perform basic production tasks and follow standard work instructions
• Help maintain a clean, safe work area
• Inspect materials and support documentation needs
• Work closely with the team to maintain production flow
