About The Position

Revolution is hiring for Extrusion Operators in Mesquite, Texas. This role will be responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization. Here’s your chance to make a direct impact in a key role in producing the top-quality film safely and effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience with extrusion or similar manufacturing process in any industry required (preferred in blown film or injection molding).
  • Must be able to read and write effectively.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, weights, and production tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a non temparture controlled environment.
  • Abiltiy to work in a team-oriented enviroment.
  • Must be able to read and use a tape measure.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on (rotate).
  • Night shift works 6:50 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Commitment to working in a customer driven,safety-conscious enviroment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and accurate quality checks on products including monitoring film quality (thickness, width, clarity and consistency).
  • Ensure correct counts and labeling of finished goods.
  • Follow production schedules to meet customer deliverables on time.
  • Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet production and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret order sheet specifications.
  • Communicate and coordinate daily production issues with team members and supervisors as needed.
  • Troubleshoot machine and minor equipment issues.
  • Operate and monitor resin conveying systens and blenders.
  • Assist in training team members as needed.
  • Continously work to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Provide coverage for peers during breaks to maintain workflow continutiy.
  • Conduct change overs to include air ring adjustments, die setups, temp controls.
  • Operate bag machine and winders.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Monitor and maintain standard run rate
