About The Position
Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Extrusion team.
Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Able to work overtime, as needed
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Pass company background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Assisting/Operating various types of machinery including (but not limited to):
- Cut to Length Saws
- Stretchers
- Ascona Measuring system
- Walkie Riders (must have a valid license through Bonnell)
- Inspecting material to specified instructions using measuring tools, such as:
- Tape Measure
- Steel Ruler
- Venire / Dial Calipers
- Protractors
- Moving material to and from value streams
- Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions
- Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
